Helen I. Provins' Obituary
Helen I. Provins was born on January 30, 1937 in Grand Island, Nebraska to Wayne & Lucille Mariody Miller.
She died at her home in St. Helens, Oregon on August 31, 2009 at the age of 72.
Helen was educated and married in Webb City, Missouri.
She married Waldo "Walt" Provins there on 11/2/52, he preceded her in death on 5/23/03.
They moved to Portland in 1969 and then to St. Helens in 1980 until present.
She was a homemaker that enjoyed sewing and quilting.
Survivors include: Children: Patrick Provins of Warren; Geri Maeda of Portland; Marsha Lyons of Carlton; Debra Hankenson of Belgrade, MT.; Penny Provins of Portland; Cindy Calnek of Vancouver, WA.; 21 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren. Preceded by a son Wayne in 1959.
