Helen L. Laube's Obituary
Helen L. Laube was born on May 14, 1919 in Tillamook, Oregon to Mark & Lillian Weiss Letson.
She died at a Portland hospital on November 12, 2007 at the age of 88.
She was raised in St. Johns and after finishing high school she went to the Portland Art Museum on a full scholarship. She also worked at the Portland shipyards for a time. Her last occupation was a prep cook at The Warren Country Inn. She lived most of her adult life in the Scappoose area.
Her enjoyments included gardening, painting, playing piano and above all her love for the Lord.
Survivors include: Daughter: & Son-in-law: Holly & Marle Bozart of Scappoose; Brother: Don Letson of Portland; 1 nephew: Jim Letson of Woodway, WA.; 3 nieces: Carolyn Montague of Portland; Anita Eaton of Vancouver, WA.; Susan Letson of Portland; preceded in death by husband Herman, brother: Darwin.
