Helen Mae Kent's Obituary
Helen Mae Kent was born on January 4, 1923 in Cottage Grove, Oregon to Benjamin & Myrtle Mae Little Crenshaw.
She died at a Beaverton Nursing home on August 22, 2011 at the age of 88.
Helen was educated in Stockton, California. She met and later married Anzel Kent in Vancouver, WA. In 1946. They lived in Lebanon, OR. From 46-60, St. Helens from 60-98 and then moved to Beaverton in 1998 where she resided at the time of her death. Anzel preceded her in death on December 10, 1990.
She was a homemaker who loved animals and specifically dogs. She was a member of Sunset Park Community Church in St. Helens.
Survivors include: Children & Spouses: Cindy & John Bentley of Sammamish, WA.; John & Joyce Kent of Beaverton; Kevin & Peggy Kent of Columbia City; 7 grandchildren: Amy, Kenneth, Christy, Ryan, Don, Bobby and Linda; 5 great-grandchildren.
Celebration of Life: Friday, August 26, 2011 at 3:00 PM at Sunset Park Community Church-St. Helens, OR. Committal Service & Vault Interment: Belcrest Memorial Cemetery-Salem
