Grandma no words can express how much I loved you. You where are the best grandma in the world.I hope that someday I can be half the grandma you are. I always remember the great hamburgers and homemade French fries you made. All the cute dresses you made for Lily. They are put up for her daughter someday. We are all going to miss you so much.
Love you granddaughter Corrie
There was no better grandma in the whole world. You will be missed and loved. Thank you for teaching me how to be such a great mother and grandmother. I will never forget all the times you cared for all us kids and always showed us love and compassion. My heart will always be missing a small piece until we meet again grandma.
Always looked forward to the times that Uncle Floyd and Aunt Helen would come back to Illinois. I'm very thankful that their kids helped them with those trips as they got older. Remember fondly the last time I saw Aunt Helen. We had a quick visit at her home when Uncle Floyd was still alive. She was 93 years young. Wearing blue jeans with a warm big smile, she jumped up from her chair and led us into her front room to proudly show pictures of her very large family. We sure loved her family and enjoyed life. It's comforting to know she's with her husband and son once, again. My condolences to the entire family. Cherish your precious memories.
Thank you Helen for loving me as I was one of your own, showing your granddaughter how important it is to keep family close and love unconditionally, we were so lucky to have you in our lives. I will miss the holiday get together trying to get dinner ready, the kitchen full and you would come in and try to take over because we weren’t doing it right…(the memories I will always have). It didn’t matter who you met you loved and treated them like family, we could all take a lesson from you on loving unconditionally.
You are again with the loved ones that have left us and watching us from above.
I will forever miss your kind heart
Lynn (Daughter-in-law)
