Imogene Mary Shellito's Obituary
Imogene Mary Harris was born on September 14, 1918, the eldest of 8 girls, in Bricefield, Missouri, to Perry C. and Alpha J. Harris. She died on December 24, 2009 in her home of natural causes.
Imogene married Patrick M. Shellito on July 24, 1967 in Washington State. At the time of her death, she had resided in Rickreall, Oregon for 33 years. She was a homemaker, dedicated to her family. She collected dolls, among other things, and loved to play bingo, occasionally trying her luck at the casino.
Imogene was truly a gracious lady, who always had a kind word for everybody. Her constant companion was her springer spaniel, PJ.
Imogene is survived by her children: John Bright, Shirley Sleightham, Judith Walker, Michael Shellito Kathy, James Shellito Christine, Ken Shellito, Teresa Cope, and Richard Shellito Jacque. Her sister; Christine, Ilene, Lola, Anne, Betty, Jewel, and Violet also survive her along with several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Imogene was preceded in death by her loving husband Patrick, her daughter Joanne Bedwell, and her son Gregory Shellito.
