Jack Daniel Holland was born on May 11, 1951 in St. Helens, Oregon to John Daniel & Maxine Pearl Tatro Holland.
He died at his home in St. Helens on April 9, 2009 at the age of 57.
He attended schools and lived in St. Helens all of his life.
He was raised Catholic and later attending the Methodist church but not currently.
His enjoyments included fishing, hunting.
Survivors include: Signifigant other: Myrtle Conn of St. Helens; Sister: Nina Rae Cullen of Kelso, WA.; 1 niece, 1 nephew, 1 great niece & nephew.
