James D. Omundson's Obituary
James D. Omundson April 10, 1933 - October 5, 2006 Jim Omundson, a greatly loved, ever-giving, extemely kind man, passed peacefully on October 5, 2006, in the close presence of his family. The hands of this master craftsman, pictured above, were used freely and abundantly to help others in myriad ways. Jim will be forever loved and celebrated by his wife, Deni; their children, Jim and Beverly Omundson, Nancy and Brad Hoke, Megan and Chris Bostrom, Mary and Marc Cortez, and Chris Constantino; and his eight grandchildren, Joe and Susanna Omundson, Willis and Emily Hoke, Bjorn Bostrom, Miles Kot, and Leah and Sidney Cortez. A memorial service to honor Jim's life will be held at 12:30 p.m., Monday, October 9, at the Tigard Church of God, 15670 SW 98th Ave., Tigard, Oregon. Jim can be remembered through contributions to the American Cancer Society. "What is desirable in a man is his kindness." Proverbs 19:22
