Janice Y. Drane Barry's Obituary
Janice Y. Drane Barry was born on January 4, 1935 in St. Helens, OR. to Ralph & Corienne Constantin Drane.
She died at a Portland hospital on May 22, 2006 at the age of 71.
She was educated and graduated from St. Helens high school in '52.
She married Delbert Friend, they later divorced and she married Virgil Barry, he preceded her in death on April 3, 1986.
She lived all of her life in St. Helens, with the exception of four years in Rochester, WA.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Frederic Catholic Church. Her interests included Poodles and the humane society.
Survivors include: Children: Floyd Friend of St. Helens; Del Friend, Jr. of Scappoose; Connie Massey of Roosevelt, UT.; Sister: Margaret Noble of Oakland, OR.; 9 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
Memorial Mass: Friday, July 7, 2006 at 11:00 AM at St. Frederic Catholic Church-St. Helens.
Family interment: Grand Mound Cemetery-Rochester, WA.
