Jerry Lee Lemrick's Obituary
Jerry Lee Lemrick was born on March 17, 1942 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Gerald & Alberta Ashton Lemrick.
He died on March 3, 2011 in a Portland hospital at the age of 68.
Jerry attended schools in Terre Haute and graduated in 1959, he married Sharon Grindle there on April 29, 1963.
Jerry was in the Air Force from 1960 to 1964.
He worked for other companies but had 20 years with the Multnomah County Road Dept. From 1977 to 1997.
They moved to Columbia Co. from the Portland area in 2000 until present.
Jerry very much enjoyed the outdoors-hunting, fishing and camping. He also enjoyed reading, cryptograms and jigsaw puzzles. Liked to watch sports, auto racing, basketball, football, baseball and golf.
He was a patriot and loved his family and country. Member of the VFW Post 1440, American Legion Post 42, Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 490, Elks Lodge 1999.
Survivors include: Wife: Sharon of St. Helens; 3 Sons: Gerald of Estacada, OR; Michael of Sheridan, OR.; Earl of California; Sister: Sue Ann Pitts of Terre Haute, IN.; 6 grandchildren.
