Jimmy LeRoy Matthews' Obituary
Jimmy LeRoy Matthews was born on March 23, 1949 in Raleigh, N. Carolina to Edward & Ruby Caroll Matthews.
He died in his home in St. Helens on July 24, 2008 at the age of 59.
He attended schools in N. Carolina. He moved to St. Helens from Raleigh, N. Carolina in 1972. He married Patricia Ann Sykes in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He worked as a custodian for the Scappoose School District for 33 years.
Survivors include: Wife: Patricia Matthews, Children: Lorrie, Pam, Donnie, Annette, David; Brother: Glen Matthews; 9 grandchildren.
Graveside service & interment: Tuesday, July 29, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Columbia Memorial Gardens-Scappoose, OR.
