Mom, I can’t believe it’s been 13 years already. It doesn’t seem so long ago that you left us. I can’t wait to see you again but until then do you think when you have time you could visit a little more often in my dreams. They seem so real it’s like having you back until I wake up. And mom, forgive dad please. I had to so you can do it too. I’m way more stubborn than you. I love you Mom!! And we all miss you so much….. ps you would be so proud of Kendra and Travis. I am very saddened by the passing of my Mother's best friend, Joan. I have great memories of her as well. She took care of me when I was very young. I have memories of Ernie, her children, her swimming pool, her ponies. I was just starting to get in contact with her again at the time of her passing. I am still in contact with her daughter, Tari. She will be missed dearly by all.

What can I say that hasn't already been said. After 70 years of friendship and even though it has only been a few weeks, I still find myself going to the phone to give you a call if for no other reason than to just chat. You were a true friend throughout all the years. We all miss you so much..... Joan was a wonderful woman, so outgoing and friendly, with a warm heart and a spirited temper, when needed She was a good cook too ! She will be missed by all who know and love her. I REMEMBER OUR VERY FIRST MEETING.WE DID NOT LIKE EACH OTHER. SHE DUBBED ME THE CHURCH LADY AND I DUBBED HER THE BLOND BOMB AND I REMEMBER OUR NEXT MEETING AS WE BECAME BEST FRIENDS.
