Maureen Mccaslin
I met JoAnne shortly after I graduated from the Portland School of Social Work. I was impressed with her commitment to help others in Multnomah County and her home town of St. Helens, OR. JoAnne was highly intelligent and had a wicked sense of humor that I very much enjoyed. I was sad to hear that she had left us before I had a chance to say good bye.
