John Joseph Mildenberger Jr's Obituary
John Joseph Mildenberger, Jr was born in Sterling, Colorado to John and Amelia Mildenberger on March 7, 1941.
He came to Oregon when he was young and has lived here since. John graduated from Roosevelt High School and entered the Army in 1967.
After his discharge from service. He worked for the Weinhardt Brewery in Portland before starting his own construction company in 1996.
John was married to Kathryn Riordan. She passed away in 2019.
He is survived by his stepchildren: William Butler and Christina Williams; His siblings: George Mildenberger. Joanne Hochstein, Angie Hefflinger and Teresa Moore. Seven Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
A Rosary will be held at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at Hustad Funeral Home, 7232 N. Richmond Avenue in Portland.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, October 3, 2024, at St. Birgitta Catholic Church, 11820 NW St Helens Rd, Portland, OR 97231.
A Graveside Committal with Military Honors and burial of his cremated remains will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday October 11, 2024 at Columbia Memorial Gardens in Scappoose, Oregon.
