Joshua Payne's Obituary
A Celebration of Life will be held, Saturday, 2:00 PM, July 14th, at the Columbia Bible Church, 407 E. 2nd St, Rainier, Oregon. Joshua died on July 3rd in Warren, Oregon at the age of 28.
Joshua was born in Grants Pass, Oregon on November 30, 1983 to Gregory Allen Payne and Colleen Ann Robinson; he was the 2nd of three sons. Raised in Grants Pass until he was 9, the family moved to Goble where he attended both Rainier and St. Helens High Schools.
He worked doing construction but his life was much more than that. Joshua loved life and everything in it. He was a good communicator who enjoyed to debate with an open mind. Joshua was a Vegan that spent quite a bit of time with nature. He was a keen mechanic who took pleasure working on and riding all kinds of bikes, from mountain to motorcycles; AND he treasured his music.
Joshua is survived by his parents; Colleen Robinson, Greg Payne and Michael Reedy, daughter; Aliyah Nichole Gohlman-Payne, brothers; Christopher Brecht and Jeremy Payne, nephew; Christopher Scott Brecht, aunt; Connie Boyle, uncles; David and Douglas Robinson, grandparents; Esther & James B. Hayes, grandfather; Russell Payne, girl friend Christina Gray. Predeceased by grandpa Warren Robinson and his grandmother, Bonnie Payne.
