Josiah Smith Barrett, son of Mike and Rita Barrett, died in his sleep on November 21, 2007 at the age of 23. He was born in Portland, Oregon on November 7, 1984.
Despite serious handicaps, Josiah had a sweet and loving personality and will be missed by his parents and by his brother Nate.
