January 9, 1937 ~ February 11, 2016
Joyce Austin of Warren, Oregon has passed away of natural causes at the age of 79. She was able to stay at home with love and care from family and caregivers as she wished.
She is survived by sisters; Norma Clayton and Patti Dummer, children; Jeff Austin, Randy Austin, and Kitty Austin. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandsons.
Joyce was wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend to many for she gave her loving heart to all of us throughout the years. Mom had volunteered her time for 12 years with the N.W. Oregon Foster Grandparents at McBride grade school in St. Helens. Working with pride to make a huge impact with the children of our future by teaching them to read with ease, she was known as “Gramma Joyce”. We were very proud of her and will she will surely be missed by many but she will be in our hearts forever.
A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Helens, Moose Lodge on February 20, 2016 at 1:00 PM. We welcome all who knew and loved her to attend.
