Joyce L. Hudson
August 18, 1943 ~ May 23, 2015
Joyce was born to Del and Violet (Caughie) Williams on August 18, 1943. She passed away on May 23, 2015 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s.
Joyce married Kenneth Hudson on December 22, 1959. They moved to St. Helens in 1961 with their daughter Kemi, they then welcomed two more daughters Sheri and Cindy.
Joyce enjoyed playing softball, bowling, painting ceramics, and camping with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth in 2004 and her grandson Zachery Zandi in 2015.
She is survived by her daughters Kemi Forestieri (Salvatore) Elgin, Illinois, Sheri Zandi (Kevin) Beaverton,Oregon, and Cindy Hinshaw (Chuck) Everett, Washington. She also had seven grandchildren, Jennifer Kranig (Shawn), Josephine Sacco (Bobby), Christopher Hinshaw (Becca), Alicia Hinshaw, Greg Hinshaw, and Katie Zandi. She had three great-grandsons, Troy Hinshaw, John Hinshaw and Brady Kranig.
A Service will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Sunset Park Community Church in St. Helens, Oregon.
A Committal Service and internment at Columbia Memorial Gardens in Scappoose, Oregon.
