Judith Kay Forman's Obituary
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 26th at Columbia Funeral Home for Judith Kay Forman. Judith passed away October 13th in West Linn; she was 80 years of age.
Born in St. Helens, Oregon March 22, 1931 to William V. and Ruth Gertrude Miller Sherry, Judith was the eldest of four children. Raised and schooled in St. Helens, she lived there most of her life, working for Crown Zellerbach for many years in the 1970's as a Gummed Taped press operator. She lived in Ashland in the 1990's and in Mexico for a couple years. Judith enjoyed making ceramics especially seagulls that she painted and sold in Florence, Oregon.
Judith is survived by her sons: Bill Buck of Ashland; Robert Buck of Oroville, California; Jim Buck of Beaverton; and Winn Stuart Forman of St. Helens; six grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
Committal Service will be at Bethany Memorial Gardens, Warren, Oregon.
