June I. Simpson was born on June 5, 1928 in Warren, OR. to Severin & Olga Mattson Roth.
She died at her home in Warren on March 5, 2009 at the age of 80.
She lived all of her life in the area attending & graduating from Scappoose High School in 1946. She married Robert Simpson in St. Helens in 1948 and was a homemaker who loved to fish at Prescott Beach and travel.
Survivors include: Husband: Robert Simpson of Warren; Sons: Terry & Gordon Simpson both of St. Helens; Brother: Oscar Roth of Warren; 3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; numerous step-grandchildren.
Viewing & visitation: 9-5 Tuesday, Funeral Service: Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 1:00 PM both at Columbia Funeral Home, reception to follow at the St. Helens Elks Lodge.
Private Vault interment: Columbia Memorial Gardens Cemetery-Scappoose, OR.
