Kajra Rose Jauron
Kajra Rose Jauron lost her brave battle with cancer on May 25, 2011. She was just 25 years old. She leaves behind her Mom and Dad, Joy and Phil; her sister Pia; two horses, Scotty and Cupcake; and a little black poodle called Henry.
Kajra was born on April 8, 1986 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland, Oregon. She lived in St. Helens her entire life. She attended Yankton Grade School, St. Helens Jr High and graduated from St. Helens in 2004. She went on to Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming; where she earned an Applied Science Degree in 2007; and made five wonderful friends. Each of whom came to visit her this spring.
After college Kajra came back to St. Helens and went to work at Fresh Start Coffee, and then on to Chase Bank in Scappoose.
Kajra had no greater love in life than that for horses; they were her true passion. She started riding and had her first horse when she was just four years old. She participated in Horse 4H, the High School Equestrian Team, and the horse program at Northwest College. Kajra was an amazing rider; her room was full of ribbons, awards and trophies.
Kajra was a member of the First Lutheran Church in St. Helens. She was baptized on October 10, 2010 by Pastor Joe.
Kajra was loved by so many and will be truly missed.
