Kay D. Hinds was born on July 24, 1961 in St. Helens, Oregon to Joseph & Marilyn Sayles DeShazer.
She died at a Vancouver, WA. care center on April 24, 2006 at the age of 44.
She attended and graduated from Roosevelt Hi school in 1979. She lived most of her life in Portland unti she married Rodney Hinds in '92 when she moved to Arlington, WA.
She was a member and volunteer for the Christian church in Arlington, WA.
She was a homemaker who loved camping, fishing and her cats & dogs.
Survivors include: Mother: Marilyn Cheney of Ocean Park, WA.; husband: Rodney Hinds; Sons: Christopher DeShazer & Dillon Hinds all of Arlington, WA.; Siblings: Joe DeShazer of St. Helens; Carol Fabiano of McMinnville; Janet Otis of Lake Oswego; Debra Warren of Vancouver, WA.; Tina Garza of Canby, OR.; 7 nephews; 1 niece.
Graveside service & interment: Bethany Memorial Cemetery; Thursday, April 27, 2006 at 3:00 PM.
