Michelle Bernal
Born Jan 26, 1941. Member of the Columbia County Community for 40 years, moving to Scappoose in 1976. He has now joined his wife of 30 years, Betty Lou Seifert, whom passed in 1996. Survived by his daughter, Michelle (Shelly) Bernal, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Dad, you will be missed so much, but grab onto Mom's hand and go have a ball! You deserve it. I love you always.
