Kenneth F. Orr's Obituary
Kenneth F. Orr was born on March 18, 1938 in Vliets, Kansas to Freeman & Helen Moore Orr.
He died in a Portland hospital on June 1, 2005 at the age of 57.
He graduated from Milford, Utah Hi in 1956 he went into the Navy shortly after and was discharged in 1961.
He married Marcia on 9/9/60 in Paramount, CA., they moved to Scappoose from California in September of 1971, living here until present.
He worked for Pacific Bell in California which became Qwest starting in 1961 and retiring in Oregon in 1993 as a equipment repairman for the computers.
Early on he was of the Presbyterian denomination, he was a member of the Elks, Masons, Eastern Star and Al Kader Shriners. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and he was a rockhound that enjoyed finding, polishing and making stones into jewelry.
Survived by: Wife Marcia Orr; Children: Michael Orr; Helen Ballard all of Scappoose; Karla Meirkey of Hillsboro; Brother: Richard Orr of Arcadia, CA.; 8 grandchildren; 1 stepgrandchild.
