He died at his home in Deer Island, OR. on January 5, 2007 at the age of 54.
He was educated and graduated from Yreka, CA. Hi in 1970. He moved to Portland from Yreka in 1972. He has lived in Deer Island for the past 11 years.
He married Barbara in Reno, NV. on 10/5/85.
He was a glass blower for Owens Illinois for 25 years, retiring in 1997.
Survivors include: Parents: Harold Milner of Allen, Oklahoma; Barbara Milner of Bakersfield, CA.; Wife: Barbara Milner of Deer Island; 5 children: Mariah & Melissa Milner both of Deer Island; Kenny Milner, Jr. of Portland; Darren Milner of Zigzag, OR.; Chad Milner of Deer Island; Siblings: Shirly Michelsen of Cresent City, OR.; Carol McComeny of Citris Heights, CA.; Norma Connelly of Bakersfield, CA.; Tony Milner of Medford, OR.; 5 grandchildren.
