Larry Edwin VanDolah Jr.'s Obituary
Larry Edwin Van Dolah, Jr. September 1, 1978 ~ April 15, 2017
Larry Edwin Van Dolah, Jr. was born in Portland, Oregon on September 1, 1978 to his loving parents H. June Amick, Jr. and Larry Edwin Van Dolah, Sr. He grew up in Columbia County with his five siblings, he was proceeded in death by his brother Christopher Earl Heller (July 28, 2015), and survived by 7 siblings, Jennifer Van Dolah (Criswell), Tasha Van Dolah, Nicole Heller (Hansen), June Van Dolah, LeeAnn Van Dolah (Tagami), Thomas Van Dolah, Jeremy Van Dolah and Jennifer Plahn (Fiance) and Anton Babaitsev (Brother) including numerous nieces and nephews.
Larry's life was taken from him on April 15, 2017. He leaves a legacy of three beautiful children: Larry Edwin Van Dolah III, Allie M. Van Dolah, Kaylee M. Plahn.
Larry worked very hard in his life, including being an owner of a Masonry business in Bellevue, Washington, owner of a construction company in Columbia County, Oregon and finishing his career with one of his life's passions, the Marijuana business, being the first to open a medical and recreational store front and grow operation in St. Helens, Oregon. He would take the shirt off his back to help people, whether they were family, friends, or complete strangers that just needed a little help. The challenges and obstacles in his life couldn't compare to his passion and desire to be the best at everything he put his mind too.
Larry led a great life that consisted of his loving family and friends. There isn't a single person that came around that wasn't touched in some way shape or form, especially with his contagious smile. His passion was spending time with his son LJ, his nephew Evan (who referred to him as Uncle Bob), and his best friend and brother, Anton.
