Lawrence E. Kneeland's Obituary
Larry Kneeland, 80 year old resident of St. Helens, died July 21, 2006 at Good Samaritan Hospital, Portland, Larry was born September 5, 1925 the son of James and Effie Kneeland. Larry graduated from Kearney, Nebraska High School in 1943 and moved to Oregon in 1947. He was married Janaury 25, 1951 to Donna Kinney. He served in the US Navy during World War 11. He retired from Owens Corning on July 1, 1983. He enjoyed camping, fishing, working in his shop and was an avid reader. He is survived by his wife, Donna; his children, Dale, Kent, Bruce, and Susan; 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Graveside services will be Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at 11:00 AM at the Columbia Memorial Gardens, Scappoose. Contributions: St. Helens Friends of the Library.
