LeRoy J. Parker of Deer Island
He was born to Joseph & Marva Combs Parker in Southgate, CA. on February 17, 1939.
He died at a St. Helens Care center on August 29, 2003 at the age of 64.
He moved with his parents to Deer Island in 1973.
He was disabled at birth with Down Syndrome.
He was a member of the LDS Church, he enjoyed looking at JCPenney & Sears catalogues.
He was preceded in death by his father in '86, his mother in '95 and his brother Lyle in 2000.
He is survived by a sister & brother-in-law: Marvollee & Roy Jordan of Deer Island.
Viewing & Visitation: Tuesday, 9-5 at Columbia Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: Wednesday August 3, 2003 at 10:00 AM at the St. Helens Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Dedication of the grave & Vault interment at Bayview Cemetery-St. Helens, OR.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Special Olympics.
