Levi Christopher Woolstenhulme May 28, 1998 – April 5, 2017
Levi Christopher Woolstenhulme was born on May 28, 1998, in Portland, Oregon, to parents Christopher John Woolstenhulme and Dori Jean Cook. He attended grade school and middle school in St. Helens, and high school in Rainier.
Levi loved the outdoors- dirt bikes, quads, mudding, hunting and fishing, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and friends. Levi and had a contagious smile, was kind to everyone, and was loved by everyone he met. The simplest things in life gave him pleasure, and was always ready to help someone in need. He loved his family most of all, and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Levi passed away in a tragic auto accident on April 5, 2017 at the age of 18. He is preceded in death by his great grandparents Bill and Margaret Woolstenhulme, Alvin Houghtelling, and Bernice Gunn; great aunt Darlene George, and friend “uncle Aaron Chappell.
Levi is survived by grandparents Barry Woolstenhulme, Diana Houghtelling- Crow, Jean Gunn, and Curt and Lori Evern; father Christopher Woolstenhulme of Rainier, mother Dori Cook of St. Helens, brother Zachary Cook, and a large extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins, all of whom loved him very much.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Columbia River Foursquare Church 555 Commons Drive across from DMV, on April 12 at 11:00 am. A reception in his memory will be held following the service at the Columbia County Fairgrounds Pavilion.
