Linda Pierce, of St. Helens, passed away in Portland, Oregon at a care facility on October 26, 2016 at the age of 67. Linda was born to Fredrick and Alice Pierce on January 12, 1949 in Portland, Oregon.
Linda grew up in St. Helens and graduated from St. Helens Sr. High in 1967 before going on to Western Business College. She worked for the City of St. Helens Water Department and ended her career at Frito Lay in Beaverton after 18 years of service as the Head Payroll Clerk.
In Linda’s free time, she loved her doll collection and would travel many miles to add to her collection. She loved trips to the Oregon coast and Hawaii. She had a deep love for her cats through the years, Smokey and Patches. Linda had a great sense of humor, enjoyed time with her family, visiting and playing board games.
Linda is survived by her Aunt Grace Collett of Rainier and numerous cousins.
A Graveside Service will be held on what would have been her 68th birthday, January 12, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Yankton Cemetery in St. Helens, Oregon.
