I remember working on the farm in the mid 1980s. It was the absolute best job I ever had in my life. And was told by Scott Ellis that I was the best silage truck driver they ever had. I'm so sorry for your loss. It's a time in my life that I will never forget.

one day in 2009 Loren approached us at Mc D's in Scappoose and asked where he could get a white collapsable cane I, Wolfgang, using since I am vision impared, he would like his wife Gloria to also have. At a visit to their home I gave him one of my extras, and we have been friends and had often coffee time and chats at Mc. D's every since until the sad news of his passing. We will miss him in our 'coffee group' and express our sinsere condolences.
