Loren was born May 26, 1934 to Oliver Lewis and Gladys (Kanavle) Lewis on the family farm in Nelson, Nebraska. Loren started his education going to a one room school house just outside of Nelson. In 1948 he moved to Portland with Read Obituary

I worked with Loren at Pacific Resins and we lived close in North Portland and enjoyed many of the activities at the Columbia Boys Club.
Our group at Pacific Resins was close and we all heard about each others families.

Loren was one of our favorite neighbors! Always willing to lend a helping hand. Loved to stop by his house and see what auto he was building. We'll miss him!! We pray for God's comfort for all of his family!

It breaks my heart to hear of Loren passing. He and Randy always had so much fun at the car shows together. He was such a great person always had a smile for us. Hope now he and Rand are catching up together.
George Morin (dec.2019) and I attended many of the cruise-ins and St. Johns Parades with Loren and Karleen. Who could forget that whiskey truck? I also knew Loren and Lillian from James John grade school (now that is really going back a long time).
