Margaret "Margie" Allen's Obituary
Margie passed away March 20th, 2020 in her home in Deer Island. She was surrounded with family until her last breath. Kind, loving, devoted, selfless and a woman of faith are all words to describe her. She would give her last dime to help someone out.
Margie leaves behind her 4 children: Christina Smith, Kim Allen, Nathan Allen II and Marcie Allen, as well as her 3 remaining siblings: Esther, Rudy and Marianna, multiple grand kids, great grand kids and numerous other family members.
Margie resided in Deer Island since 1993 when her and husband, Nathan Allen, retired from General Motors in California and moved to Oregon to live out their retirement years. They were married 50+ years until Nick's passing in 2017.
Margie was an caring mother, wife, friend , and over all amazing person who will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Memorial service to occur at a later date.
