Margaret Helen Simpson's Obituary
Margaret H. Simpson was born on September 22, 1947 in Portland, OR. to John A. & Anna M. Liski Erhardt.
She died on October 20, 2004 at home in Deer Island at the age of 58.
She lived for a time in Monument, OR. and Portland, graduating from N. Cathlolic High School.
She married Bill on March 16, 1968 in Portland, OR. They lived in St. Johns area from 68-71, Warren from 71-99 and Deer Island from 99-present.
Early on she worked at a bank and Genuine Parts Co. until 1970. She was a religious teacher and a member of St. Wenseslaus Catholic Church. She sang in the Sweet Adelines, a 4-H leader and helped out with the animals and polled hefords of thier family business.
Survivors include: Husband: William ''Bill'' Simpson, Son: Adam Simpson both of Deer Island, OR.; Siblings Jack Erhardt of Forest Grove, OR.; Tom Erhardt of Redmond, OR.; Joe Erhardt of Portland; Gene Erhardt of Hermiston, OR.; Carol Ream of Mollalla, OR.; Numerous nieces & nephews.
Funeral Mass: Saturday, October 23, 2004 at 11:30 AM at St. Wenseslaus Catholic Church.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Kidney or Diabetes Association.
