Obituary of Mark L. Neal
Mark Neal passed away March 12, 2010 at his residence in Scappoose, he was 48.
Born November 26, 1961 in Salem, Oregon he was on of four children of Donald Ray and Mary Leona Thieman Neal. Raised in Salem he graduated from Sacred Heart Academy Catholic School in 1979. A native Oregonian he spent time in Astoria and Portland before moving to Scappoose in 2004. Mark married Debra Ann Gulliksen, June 6, 2000 in Astoria. He Worked for Georgia Pacific for the last 12 years as an electrician. He loved his cats and called himself a computer geek.
He is survived by his wife; Debra, step-daughter; Elena Hamel, father; Donald Neal of Astoria, mother; Mary Thieman Neal of Salem, brothers; Michael Neal of Salem, Scott Neal of Portland and sister; Susan Neal of Salem.
A celebration of life gathering will be held at the Scappoose Sr. Center, 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 20th
