Marshall Randolph's Obituary
Marshall Clinton Randolph "Randy" of St. Helens died April 28, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Portland. He was 77.
Marshall Randolph was born March 25, 1934 in Summers, Arkansas to Estle and Lucile Smythe Randolph.
In the Spring of 1963, he met Martha Phillips and her two sons in St. Helens. They were married and because of the love and support from his family; Randy was able to establish himself in the area.
Randy worked for Safeway for over 30 years, and had lots of friends. Although it was difficult to leave his 'extended' family, he finally did retire.
Randy was a member of the Moose Lodge, loved dirt track racing, rock hunting, wood splitting, driving school bus, cross word puzzles, and travel.
He is survived by his Son, Bob Randolph and Grandson, Charles Randolph both of St. Helens; Sister, Lois Jonny Bond of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, many cousins, three nieces, and many friends.
Randy was loved by many and will be missed.
A graveside service and vault interment was held at Columbia Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, May 3, 2011.
