Mary B. Northcote's Obituary
Mary B. Northcote was born on April 5, 1920 in Huntburg, Ohio to John & Kate Meszaci Baylog.
She died at a St. Helens Care Center on December 15, 2005 at the age of 85.
She was educated in Huntsburg, Ohio and lived on a 40 acre farm where there was no electricity, pumped your water, kerosine for lights and an outhouse out back.
She had a christian upbringing and during the 40's & '50's she was a volunteer for the USO.
She married Howard on October 19, 1957.
In the early & mid '70's she worked partime for Swiftmart in Scappoose and was a homemaker.
They moved to Warren, OR. in 1969 to a 2 1/2 acre farm when her husband retired from the coast guard in Warrenton, OR.
She enjoyed her flower & vegetable gardens, bird watching & feeding and she did amatuer oil painting in '70's.
Survivors include: Husband: Howard Northcote of St. Helens; Son: Scott Northcote of Scappoose; 3 grandchildren: Jared Northcote, Robin Conn, Russel Charley; 3 great grandchildren.
