Mary Lou Waldron's Obituary
Mary Lou Waldron was born on February 7, 1939 in Los Angeles, CA. to Louis & Christine DeNardo.
She died at her home in St. Helens on December 17, 2008 after a long illness with cancer. She was 69.
Mary Lou moved to St. Helens in 1966. In 1985 she married Capt. Richard H. Waldron. She was employed at Safeway as a cake decorator for over 30 years.
She was active in the American Dahlia Society and owned and operated a dahlia farm, La-D-Da Dahlias.
Mary Lou's interests included military Space A traveling worldwide, gardening and cooking.
She is survived Sons: Jeffrey Davis and Brandon Hewlett; Daughters: Mona Hamlin, Stephanie Spooner, Deborah Hill and Melanie Cunningham; Brother: Joseph DeNardo; Sisters: Nancy Samuelson, Roseanne Flores and Theresa Bryant; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, her
husband and Daughter, Cynthia Gamble.
Funeral Service: Monday, December 22, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Columbia Funeral Home-St. Helens, Oregon
Committal service & interment: Willamette National Cemetery-Portland, Oregon.
