Mary M. Weaver's Obituary
Mary M. Weaver was born on August 1, 1924 in Fayetteville, Arkansas to Clyde & Cassie Holt Reynolds.
She died on August 9, 2006 in a Portland Hospital at the age of 82.
She moved to Vernonia as a young girl and was educated there. She met Claud Weaver and they were married on September 4, 1939 in Vancouver, WA., they moved to St. Helens in 1965 living here until present. Claud preceded her in death on September 19, 1991.
She was a homemaker and a member of Morning Star Worship Center in Scappoose, She enjoyed crocheting, embroidery and letter writing.
Survivors include: Daughters: Peggy Gamroth of Columbia City, OR.; Judy Derby of St. Helens; Sons: Claud Jr. "Butch" of Clatskanie; Martin "Dick"; Tony, Larry & Tom all of St. Helens; Sister: Virginia Weaver of Seaside, OR.; 32 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by a son: Roy in '52; daughter: Mary Jones in '05.
Viewing & Visitation: 9-5 Monday at Columbia Funeral Home-St. Helens, Oregon.
Funeral Service: Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at 10:00 AM at Morning Star Worship Center-Scappoose, Oregon.
Committal service & vault interment: Vernonia Cemetery-Vernonia, Oregon.
