Mattie Ellen Dethloff was born on March 17, 1921 in Baker, Oregon to David & Pearl Thorpe Gover.
She died at a Longview, WA. hospital on November 7, 2006 at the age of 85.
She married Walter in Eagle Valley near Richland, WA. in 1938, he preceded her in death on October 18, 1995.
She was a homemaker and has lived in the Rainier area since 1963.
Her interests included square dancing, knitting, crocheting and was a member of the grange.
Survivors include: Children: Eldon Dethloff of Rainier; Ernest Dethloff of Goble; Frances Bennett of Rainier; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
Private interment: Columbia Memorial Gardens-Scappoose, OR.
