Maureen Mae BrockCassidy's Obituary
Maureen was born Dec. 31, 1939 in Portland. She was the 3rd girl out of 5 girls born to John and Mary Cassidy.
Maureen attended St. Rose Grade School and Grant High School in Portland until 1954 when she moved with her family to Pendleton and graduated in 1957. In 1958 she moved to St. Helnes where she worked for Dr. Vrilan and met her future husband, James M. Comstock. She was married 12/30/61 in St. Helens. They moved to Corvallis . On 11/9/62 she gave birth to James P. and on July 13, 1967 to Shari L. Comstock Beickel. After her divorce in 1969 she retured to St. Helens and worked at the school district, BC veneer plant and Crown Zellerbach. She was married 2/13/1984 to James Brock.
She enjoyed golfing and was president of the St. Helens Women's Golf Association, travel, pinnocle, bingo, Elks and Moose Lodges.
She is survived by her husband, Jim; two children, James Comstock and Shari Beickel, 6 grandchildren and brothers and sisters.
