Max M. Smith
Max Smith of Warren, Oregon died on April 22, 2015 at the age of 81. He was born April 24, 1933 in Toledo, Iowa to Milo and Hazel (Houston) Smith.
Max is survived by his children; Debbie Axtell, David Smith and Sharon Smith. His grandchildren; Brian and Travis Axtell, David and Jeff Coughlin and a great grandson Hunter Coughlin. He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley Smith and a daughter Laurie Coughlin.
A Private Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at Columbia Memorial Gardens.
