Melvin C. Emmons, Jr. was born on January 14, 1943 in St. Joseph, MO. to Melvin C. Emmons, SR. & Louise JamaEmmons.
He died at his home in St. Helens on September 18, 2005 at the age of 63.
He attended schools and graduated from DeKalb, Missouri Hi in 1961.
He married Phyllis in St. Joseph, Missouri in 1963.
He worked as a ticket agent for Delta Airlines for 30 years, retiring in 1995. After retiring he moved from Tracy, Missouri to St. Helens where he worked for Ace Hardware for 8 years.
He grew up in the Baptist denomination and early on he enjoyed fishing.
