I knew Mike for only a short time, we shared several things in common, like the love of our children and God. We became very close in the short time that I knew him and I enjoyed his company, and he always kept me laughing and when ever he was around or my thoughts turned to him, he always brought a smile to my face and heart. I am saddened that I had such a short time with Mike and was not able to become closer to him. Mike will be very missed and there will always be a place in my heart where he will stay. My heart is saddened for his daughter, he talked about her all the time and his love and respect for her overflowed from all he was, to his other family I cant imagine the sorrow you are living with and I will keep you in my daily prayers, for strength and comfort. I feel blessed to have been able to call Mike my friend.
