Michael G. Meeker's Obituary
Mike was born on September 9, 1955 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Glenn and Betty Hergert Meeker. He lost his battle with cancer on July 15, 2006 at the age of 50.
As a young boy, Mike, moved with his family to Kelso, Washington. This is where he spent his school years.
In 1973 Mike joined the Army. After being honorably discharged in 1976, he moved to St. Helens. His career was in real estate as an agent for Windermere.
He married Georgiana Cadwell and they had two daughters, Amber and Mikayla.
Mike's greatest joy was watching his girls participate in Sports. Mike will be remembered for his smile, laughter, sense of humor and spirit of determination.
Mike is survived by his wife, and two daughters Amber and Mikayla all of St. Helens, Oregon; father, Glenn Meeker of Kelso, Washington, and aunt and uncle, Irene and Ken of Longview, Washington.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 20 at 11:00 AM at Warren Baptist Church. A private family graveside service will be at Columbia Memorial Gardens in Scappoose.
