Mike, "Michael Floyd" McKenzie, 76, of Bremerton, Washington, passed away on April 26, 2024, in Portland, Oregon. He was born on May 2, 1947.
Mike, a Navy veteran who served from 1968 to 1972, dedicated his career as a Forest Technician with the USDA Forest Service. His passion for the outdoors extended beyond his profession, as he enjoyed camping with friends in his leisure time.
He is survived by his beloved wife LaJauna, sons Russ and Rob, sister Diana, grandsons Nick and Alex.
He was preceded in death by his father Don, mother Helen, brothers Dan and Bob.
Described as funny, devoted, fun-loving, and caring, Mike touched the lives of many with his warm personality and kind-hearted nature.
