Milton Erdman

Milton passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday morning, September 28 at the age of 91. Milton was born March 19, 1925, to Ernest and Laura Erdman in Willow City, North Dakota. He was baptized April 19, 1925, and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church at age 14.
Milton spent most of his life on the family farm in Willow City. He moved his family to Warren, Oregon in 1967 and spent the rest of his working years at Linnton Plywood in the winter and farming in North Dakota in the summer.
Milton married Elsie Hanson on October 9, 1949, at Deep River Church in Upham, North Dakota. They celebrated many anniversaries together – almost 67. He is survived by his wife Elsie and children; Susan (Skip) Riverman, Marjorie Norman, Elaine (David) Pitassi, Timothy Erdman, and Christine (Kenny) Vanderzanden; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service celebrating his life will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church, 58251 S Division Rd., St. Helens, Oregon at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 8, 2016 with a viewing prior to the service.
Donations can be made c/o of Calvary Lutheran Church to be used for a memorial.
