Mona Jean Eubanks' Obituary
Mona Jean Eubanks of St. Helens, Oregon passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021, at Legacy Emanuel Hospital in Portland, Oregon at the age of 73. Mona was born on January 21, 1948, in Kenmare, North Dakota to Clyde and Vivian Icenogle.
Mona lived most of her life in Scappoose and St. Helens, Oregon. She graduated from Scappoose Union High School in 1966 before going on to work a variety of different jobs, most of which involved her working in administration. She was an active member of the Assembly of God Church. Mona loved spending time on the beach and collecting antiques.
Mona is survived by her son, Shawn Jobanek; daughter, Sharmaine Jobanek; and grandchildren, Jake Barlow, Hailey Barlow and Brooke Jobanek. She is preceded in death by her first-born daughter, Shawna Hoag.
A celebration of life will be held after the holidays. Half of her remains will be spread at the beach and the rest will be placed with her first-born daughter, Shawna Hoag, at the Fairview Cemetery in Scappoose.
