Norma J. Olson's Obituary
Norma J. Olson was born on March 23, 1941 in Los Angeles, CA. to Jose' & Rosemary Trejo Armendariz.
She died at a Portland hospital on August 28, 2004 at the age of 63.
She was educated and graduated from Immaculate Heart and Woodbury College in L.A.
She married Ted Olson in Englewood, CA. on March 22, 1969. They moved to St. Helens in November of 1969, living here until present.
She was co-owner & accountant of Scappoose Business and Tax Service.
She was of the Catholic Denomination. She was chairman of the board of the Womens Resource Center, Soroptomist International Portland, Save Committee school supplies for those who needed, she was on the executive board for 6 years of United Way, leaving 2 years ago.
She enjoyed family geneology and old movie & film history.
Survivors include: Husband: Ted Olson and son: Brian Olson both of St. Helens, OR.; Father-in-law: Palmer Olson of Nalcrest, FL.; Siblings: Jose' Armendariz of Memphis, TN.; Rene' Armendariz of L.A., CA.
Celebration of Life: Thursday, September 2, 2004 at 2:00 PM at 1st Christian Church-St. Helens, OR.
