Otis K. Smith was born in Gans, OK. on November 2, 1928 to Frank & Martha Gee Smith.
He died at a Portland hospital on May 7, 2004 at the age of 75.
He married Mary L. Mark on November 26, 1952.
He was a paint filler for Rodda Paint Co.
Survived by: Wife- Mary Smith; Children: Sandy barnes, Ken, Tom & Tammy Smith; 6 grandchildren.
