Otto Alfred Tetz's Obituary
Otto A. Tetz was born on March 2, 1920 in Scappoose, OR. to Rudolph & Mathilda Lange Tetz.
He died at a St. Helens care center on March 10, 2005 at the age of 85.
He was raised and educated in Scappoose, graduating from Scappoose Hi in 1938, living here all of his life.
He was in the Army from 44-46, discharged as a Corporal.
He married Viola on March 22, 1947.
He was a logger for 30 years, retiring from Heller Logging in 1985.
His enjoyments included hunting, salmon fishing and dancing at the Eagles Lodge in St. Johns.
Survived by: Wife: Viola of Scappoose; Sons: Alfred & Gary Tetz, both of Scappoose; Jack Gilliam of Cambridge, MN.; 9 grandchildren; several great and great-great grandchildren.
Daughter: Janice Gilliam-predeceased in '88.
